When you create an account or place an order we collect your name, email address, shipping address and, where you provide it, a phone number. Payment card details are entered directly with our payment processor and are never stored on our servers.

We also collect basic technical information such as pages viewed and device type so we can keep the store working properly.

Your information is used to process and ship orders, send order confirmations and service messages, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and — only if you opt in — send occasional brand updates. You can opt out of marketing at any time from your account page or the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.

We share only what is necessary with service providers who help us run the store: our payment processor, our print and fulfilment partners, our email delivery provider, and our hosting and database provider. We do not sell your personal information.

We use cookies and similar local storage to keep you signed in and to remember the contents of your shopping cart. Blocking these will prevent sign-in and checkout from working.

You may request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and personal information by emailing support@wearoriginaldesigns.com. We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require.

The store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
